We describe fabrics, work and measurements as accurately as we can. Handloom and printed fabrics may show slight variation in shade, weave or print placement, and screen colours may differ from the actual fabric.

Product pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) on the product listing. Prices may be revised at any time; the price confirmed with you at the time of order applies to that order. Applicable shipping charges are confirmed separately before dispatch.

Product availability

Collections are curated in limited quantities. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and offer an alternative, a cancellation or a refund of any amount already paid.

3. Order placement

Orders can be placed through the cart and order form on this website. Order details are then confirmed with our team over WhatsApp or phone.

4. Order confirmation

An order is treated as accepted only after we confirm the product availability, final amount and delivery details with you.

5. Payment terms

Payments are collected through the payment methods communicated at the time of order confirmation and are processed by authorised payment service providers. We do not store card, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed, unless another arrangement has been agreed.

6. Shipping and delivery

7. Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds

8. Customer responsibilities

• Provide an accurate name, contact number and complete delivery address
• Be available, or arrange for someone to receive the parcel, at the address given
• Check size charts and product details before confirming an order
• Report any damage or discrepancy promptly, as described in our return policy

9. Intellectual property

The Dhee Boutique name, logo, product photographs and website content belong to Dhee Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

10. Website content

Content on this website is provided for information about our collections. We may add, modify or remove products and content without prior notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events or disruptions to communication networks.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
